Value of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the www.e2pack.com Site
These General Terms and Conditions of Use of the www.e2pack.com Site (the “General Conditions”) must be complied with by anyone who accesses and consults the pages of the www.e2pack.com Site (the “Site”). Access to the Site and any interaction with it constitute full and unconditional acceptance of the General Conditions. Purpose of the Site
Through the Site, E2Pack intends to provide its customers and, in general, all those who may be interested, with access to general information relating to its products and to the commercial and/or promotional initiatives undertaken from time to time by E2Pack to improve their quality and notoriety. These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law without regard to the application of conflict rules. Any dispute connected with these General Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Cuneo.
Language
These General Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Italian and English. In the event of any conflict of interpretation between the two versions cited, the Italian version will prevail.
