After-Sales Services

The E2Pack support service is designed to ensure maximum operational continuity for your production lines. Thanks to a team of highly skilled technicians and continuous support, E2Pack can respond quickly to any need, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal system performance. We offer a comprehensive service that includes preventive maintenance, real-time technical support, fast supply of original spare parts, and technology upgrades.
 

Technology Revamping and Retrofitting

E2Pack offers solutions for auditing, upgrading, and enhancing the performance of existing systems. We step in to assess conditions, integrate new functionalities, optimize efficiency, and extend the service life of your equipment. Our technicians provide fast and tailored support, both on-site and remotely, to adapt your systems to the latest technological standards and evolving production needs.

Support

E2Pack has multiple Service Support offices, coordinated by our Italian headquarters, to ensure easy access to support services for customers worldwide. We provide immediate feedback to customer requests and promptly assess any issues to restore system operations as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, interventions are carried out either on-site or remotely.

Spare Parts

E2Pack has an independent spare parts warehouse that ensures the availability of components. Upon delivery of the system, we provide a recommended spare parts list, including essential components and those with longer lead times. E2Pack also offers customers an interactive spare parts catalog, allowing them to easily identify the components they need and quickly generate a quote.

Scheduled Maintenance

E2Pack offers scheduled maintenance plans that include periodic analysis of the system’s condition and the planning of interventions aimed at ensuring long-term efficiency and performance.
 

Warranty Extension

The warranty extension can only be purchased in combination with a scheduled maintenance contract and is valid for the same duration as the contract itself. The coverage includes all spare parts, except for components subject to normal wear and tear.
