Interventions are carried out either on-site or remotely, depending on the situation.

Spare Parts

E2Pack is equipped with an independent spare parts warehouse which guarantees the availability of components.
Upon delivery of the system, we provide a list of recommended spare parts, which includes essential components and those that have a long availability time.
E2Pack also offers customers the interactive spare parts catalog to identify the components of interest and to generate a quote quickly and easily.

Planned Maintenance

E2Pack offers planned maintenance programs that include periodic assessments of system conditions and scheduled interventions to ensure consistent efficiency over time.

Extended Warranty

The extended warranty can be subscribed exclusively in combination with a planned maintenance contract and has a duration equivalent to the contract itself.
Coverage includes all spare parts, except for components subject to normal wear and tear.

Training

At E2Pack, we believe that transferring our expertise to customer operators is essential to reducing downtime and improving system efficiency, safety, productivity, and longevity.
We provide specialized training that combines theoretical lessons and practical sessions directly on the machines. Training can be conducted in person, either at the customer’s facility or our premises, or remotely, offering flexibility and maximum effectiveness.

In E2Pack crediamo che trasferire la nostra conoscenza agli operatori del cliente sia fondamentale per ridurre i tempi di fermo macchina, migliorare efficienza, sicurezza, produttività e durata dei sistemi.
Offriamo una formazione specializzata che combina lezioni teoriche e sessioni pratiche direttamente sulle macchine. La formazione può essere svolta in presenza, presso lo stabilimento del cliente o nelle nostre sedi, oppure da remoto, garantendo flessibilità e massima efficacia.

VR – DIAGNOSTICA DA REMOTO

COMING SOON

Contestualmente all’avviamento del sistema, E2Pack fornisce al cliente hardware e software per la diagnostica da remoto. Il servizio consente di ridurre notevolmente i tempi di fermo macchina in caso di necessità e di svolgere training virtuali integrativi a supporto delle attività in stabilimento.
