E2Pack has a Service Remote Support office with a single telephone number to facilitate service access to customers, anywhere in the world. Immediate feedback to the customer’s request and a timely assessment of the problem to restore the functioning of the system in the shortest possible time.
E2Pack is equipped with an independent spare parts warehouse which guarantees the availability of components.
Upon delivery of the system, we provide a list of recommended spare parts, which includes essential components and those that have a long availability time.
E2Pack also offers customers the interactive spare parts catalog to identify the components of interest and to generate a quote quickly and easily.
E2Pack offers scheduled maintenance plans which include the periodic analysis of the state of the system and the planning of interventions aimed at guaranteeing the efficiency of the system over time.

E2Pack guarantees specialized training which includes theoretical lessons and practical sessions on the machines. Training can take place both in person – at the customer’s factory or our offices – or remotely.

Extended warranties can only be taken out for systems we supply in conjunction with a scheduled maintenance contract provided by us and for a period of equal length of time.
The extended warranty covers all replacement parts, excluding only consumables.
At the same time as the system is started up, E2Pack provide the customer with hardware and software for remote diagnostics. The service allows you to significantly reduce machine downtime if necessary and to carry out additional virtual training to support plant activities.
