Designed for industrial environments where safety, continuity and integration are critical, EASYROCK addresses one of the least optimized steps in depalletizing operations: the removal of stretch film and outer wrapping from incoming palletized loads.

In many facilities, this activity is still performed manually, often requiring operators to use blades, cutters and even ladders to reach the upper part of the load. EASYROCK automates this operation with a process that improves operator safety, increases consistency and supports smoother integration within existing lines.

Focus On

Cold-cutting technology with rotating blade
‍Unlike film-cutting systems based on heating elements, hot air or high-pressure air solutions, EASYROCK uses a motorized rotating blade designed to cut the film without exposing the load to thermal stress or aggressive air flows. This helps avoid fumes during the cutting phase, reduces the risk of contamination and supports the protection of container quality throughout the unwrapping process. The result is a cleaner, safer and more controlled operation in demanding production environments where product integrity and process reliability are essential.

Flexibility
‍In case of damaged film in the lower part of the loading unit, EASYROCK also ofers the option to only carry out the film cutting cycle in the upper part. This way, the load unit is prevented from being rejected and the operator can safely complete the film cutting and removal.

‍Safety
‍The use of EASYROCK at the infeed of the depalletizing lines increases the overall safety of the working environment as it eliminates the risks associated with manual film removal (use of cutting tools and ladders, passage on handling conveyors).
